These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Ironline Marketing website and services. By booking a call, signing up for our services, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
Ironline Marketing ("Ironline," "we," "us") builds and manages missed-call text-back, automated follow-up, booking, and review-request systems for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical businesses, based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
Our standard offer includes:
Exact scope, timelines, and deliverables for your specific engagement will be confirmed directly with you before work begins.
Our services are intended for business owners and authorized representatives of a business. By engaging our services, you confirm you have the authority to do so on behalf of your business.
We aim to have your system fully live and tested on your business phone number within one week of onboarding. Timelines depend on factors including your responsiveness during setup and any third-party approvals required (such as messaging registration), and may vary.
To deliver the service, we need you to:
Our systems send automated text messages to your customers on your behalf (missed-call text-back, follow-up, review requests). By using our service, you confirm you have the right to text your customers and agree to only use the system in compliance with applicable messaging laws and carrier requirements. Message and data rates may apply to your customers. Recipients may reply STOP to opt out at any time.
The automation workflows, templates, and system architecture we build remain the intellectual property of Ironline Marketing. You receive a license to use your configured system for as long as you remain an active client in good standing.
We rely on third-party platforms (including our CRM/hosting provider and SMS carriers) to deliver our service. While we monitor and maintain your system, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted uptime, as some factors are outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ironline Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost revenue or missed leads — arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services. Our total liability in any case is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months prior to the claim.
You may cancel your monthly plan at any time by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
