Ironline Marketing ("Ironline," "we," "us," or "our") provides missed-call text-back, automated follow-up, booking, and review-request systems for home service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have — whether you're a visitor to our site, a prospective client, or a client's customer receiving messages through a system we built.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in a few ways:

  • Information you give us directly — when you fill out a form, book a call, or contact us, we collect your name, business name, phone number, email address, and any details you share about your business.
  • Information from calls and messages — if you're a customer of one of our clients, our systems may process your phone number and message content in order to send an automated text-back or follow-up on our client's behalf.
  • Automatically collected information — like most websites, we may collect basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through standard analytics tools to understand how our site is used.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to inquiries and book walkthrough calls
  • To build, operate, and maintain the automation systems we deliver to clients
  • To send SMS or email communications you've opted into (see Section 3)
  • To improve our website and services
  • To meet legal and contractual obligations

3. SMS & Text Messaging

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages related to appointment booking, follow-up, and review requests. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance.

SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for text messaging are used solely to deliver the service you or your business signed up for.

4. Cookies & Analytics

We may use cookies and similar tools to understand site traffic and improve performance. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work as intended.

5. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party platforms to operate our business and deliver our service, including:

  • GoHighLevel — our CRM, website hosting, and automation platform
  • SMS/carrier providers — to deliver text messages
  • Payment processors — to securely handle payments

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy standards. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 8).

7. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices & Rights

  • Opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP
  • Unsubscribe from emails via the link provided in any email
  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us below

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for business owners and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
